Wan is described by a uniform probability density with 0 < Wan < max(Wan), where max(Wan) is determined as shown. zan can be described with a normal probability function with the mean as shown here and a standard deviation of \(\frac{1}{4}{\rm{max}}({W}_{{\rm{an}}})\).
