Surface morphologies (a, b, d, e, g, h), topographies (b', e', h'), and the cross-sectional morphologies (c, f, i) at 500 °C (ac), 650 °C (df), and 800 °C (gi) for 2 (a, d, g) and 24 h (b, c, e, f, h, i). The height ranges in b', h', and e' are −226 ~ 189 nm, −275 ~ 255 nm, and −399 ~ 499 nm, respectively.
