Nyquist diagram of the as-received pure Ti after immersion in 0.002 M fluoride-containing solution for 72 h a, and Nyquist diagrams of the thermally oxidized pure Ti (at 650 °C for 24 h) during immersion in 0.002 M b and 0.02 M c fluoride-containing solutions for 672 h. The corresponding Bode diagrams can be found in Supplementary Fig. 4 in the supporting information.
