The three-dimensional representations of A propylene, C 10-mer polypropylene, E 30-mer polypropylene interacting with the amino acids of MCO depict the conformation and orientation, whereas the two-dimensional interaction plots of B propylene, D 10-mer polypropylene, and F 30-mer polypropylene with the respective amino acids in multi-copper oxidase represent the types of interactions between them. The amino acids in the three-dimensional representations are colored based on amino acid type, while the plastic polymer in the 3D representation is colored purple.
