Extracellular vesicles were isolated from urine samples collected at the Lille University Hospital from patients and healthy controls (20 samples per group, each group consisting of 10 males and 10 females). Data EV number determined by nanoparticle tracking analysis and relative protein level for either LRRK2 (a), Rab8a (b), Rab10 (c), or TSG101 (d) determined by western blotting (triplicate measures per sample) were plotted for each individual and a Pearson’s correlation analysis performed. The resulting trendline is given as well as the r² and P-value of the Pearson’s correlation. Error bars represent standard error of the mean (s.e.m.).
