Brain maps show the location of brain regions, while radar maps show the BSR value of brain regions. The commonly brain region map (top left) means that each region in this map exhibits hypo-connectivity with all four amygdala subregions. While distinct brain map mean that the region exhibits hypo-connectivity with only one or some of the four sub-regions.
