The red points indicate the positions in which the temporal variability of microstate functional connectivity networks in healthy controls are obviously higher than that in early PD patients, and the blue points represent the positions that have lower temporal variability in healthy controls. The large points represent significant group difference (p < 0.01, FDR corrected), and the small points indicate p < 0.05 with FDR corrected.
