Boxplots depict the cerebellar volumetric differences between early PD patients and HS. The early PD group was indicated by the yellow color and the HS one was indicated by the blue color at (a) sensory-motor cerebellum, (b) cognitive cerebellum, (c) dentate nuclei, (d) interposed nuclei, (e) fastigial nuclei. The median marks the midpoint of the data, and it is shown by the red line. The upper and lower whiskers represent the 75th and 25th percentiles, respectively. The whiskers extend to the most extreme data points not considered outliers, and the outliers are plotted individually using the “+” symbol.
