The figure depicts axial diffusivity (AD), fractional anisotropy (FA), mean diffusivity (MD), and radial diffusivity (RD) alterations between early PD patients and HS within three cerebellar tracts: inferior cerebellar peduncle (ICP), middle cerebellar peduncle (MCP), and superior cerebellar peduncle (SCP). The early PD group was indicated by the yellow color and the HS one was indicated by the blue color. The median marks the data’s midpoint and is shown by the red line. The upper and lower whiskers represent the 75th and 25th percentiles, respectively. The whiskers extend to the most extreme data points not considered outliers, and the outliers are plotted individually using the “+” symbol.
