The distinct asymmetry can be attributed to higher level excitations and a relative anharmonicity between 1 and 2 MHz. b Result of the numerical Floquet matrix calculation of the density matrix master equation for an anharmonic oscillator with 1.3 MHz anharmonicity. This agrees with an estimation from Fig. 2.
