a Plots the real part of the conductivity, and b plots the imaginary counterpart. As long as the characteristic (low) energy scales are similar, the transport properties are also comparable. Note also that σ1 (ω) is quite a bit smaller in the relevant frequency range, than σ2 (ω). The computed values in the range varying from 3 meV to around 10 meV, are in reasonable agreement with the experiment.
