a–c Rats were pretreated (PT) with BRL37344 (β3) or vehicle once daily for 4 days. One hour after the last injection, rats were administered AMD3100 or vehicle and 1 h later blood was collected for analysis of a circulating CFU-Fs; n = 4 rats per group.
