About 150 µL serum (tenfold dilution) in binding buffer, 25 mM MOPS buffer pH 6.5 was injected and the bound proteins were eluted with 25 mM MOPS pH 6.5 + 0.4 M NaCl. Flow rate: 4 mL/min. Peaks, F and E represent flow-through and elution, respectively.
