a CRC pooled TRS and healthy controls detected a significant moderation effect of glutamatergic GRS on the association between childhood adversity and IQ (p < 0.001), as well as a significant direct association between diagnosis and IQ (p < 0.001), b CRC-TRS healthy controls group did not show any significant association c CRC-TRS group revealed that glutamatergic GRS moderated the association between childhood adversity and TBV (p = 0.036), as well as the association between childhood adversity and IQ (p = 0.0002). There was also a direct association between childhood adversity and IQ (p = 0.028), and TBV with IQ (p = 0.045).
