Standardized scores for each of the final predictors (Objective II) are shown for each of the 3 functional phenotypes (Objective I). After visual inspection of histograms and check of normality, t-tests were performed. \(P\)-values for pairwise comparisons were adjusted using the Bonferroni–Holm method52 and reported as significant with \(\alpha < 0.05\). Note: The functional phenotypes clusters are: Cluster 1—impaired phenotype across the social, independent, and role functional domains; Cluster 2—intermediate phenotype with impaired role functioning but partially preserved social and independent functioning; Cluster 3—resilient phenotype with higher role, independent and social functioning.
