Pathways enriched by mapping the upregulated (a, b) DEGs obtained from C. jejuni post-exposure to chlorine at 5 °C. Pathways enriched by the downregulated (c, d) DEGs obtained from C. jejuni post-exposure to chlorine at 5 °C. Only significantly (P < 0.05) enriched pathways were obtained for biological pathway analysis of the regulated DEGs (FDR < 0.05; log2 fold change >1 or <−1) in ClueGO and CluePedia plugins in Cytoscape. In the graph, the length of individual bars indicates the percent of DEGs associated with respective terms out of the total associated genes.
