Pathways enriched by mapping the upregulated (a, b) and downregulated (c, d) DEGs at 5 °C. DEGs significantly (FDR < 0.05; log2 fold change >1 or <−1) regulated in C. jejuni were mapped in ClueGO and CluePedia plugins in Cytoscape and only significantly (P < 0.05) enriched biological pathways were visualized. In the graph, the length of individual bars indicates the percent of DEGs associated with respective terms out of the total associated genes.
