The conceptual mouse PBK model for MGO consisted of separate compartments representing the stomach, intestine, liver, fat, blood, rapidly perfused tissue (e.g., brain, lungs, heart, and kidneys), and slowly perfused tissue (e.g., muscle, skin, and bone).
