Lines correspond to interactions between different species, with open circles, closed dots, and perpendicular lines denoting activation, binding, and inhibition/sequestration. Dashed lines correspond to the translocation of species. Some translocations are omitted as most BH3-only proteins and anti-apoptotic BCL2s are continuously trafficking between the cytoplasm and the MOM.
