The represented communities are those detected with a rate higher than 80% by iterating the analysis pipeline 20 times. Each color code is a different gene community (red/orange for exacerbation multiplex, blue/green for stable-state multiplex). ° Symbol in left column indicates genes in the core enrichment of gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) with the Hallmark gene-set collection.
