A Daily with toxicity and B adaptive with toxicity protocols when drug effectiveness, \(\delta\), is small (\(\delta =2/3\)). C Daily with toxicity and D adaptive with toxicity protocols when \(\delta\) is large (\(\delta =4/3\)). The remaining parameters are fixed at their baseline value in Table 1.
