Data are shown on the amino acid sequence of KoRV-A envelope protein with amino acid scoring method. Coloured amino acids are regions recognised by koala IgG: blue, yellow and red represent an average of combined fluorescent intensity of equal to or greater than 2000, 4000 and 8000 respectively. Area colour code: gold: receptor binding domain; grey: surface protein; light green: transmembrane protein; orange: motifs and regions. Motifs: CETAG, CXXC, CX6CC and YXXL.
