Vaccine bulk lots and culture-amplified virus (104 CCID50/5 ul dose) from each EES were tested in replicates as indicated by plot size. Paralysis rate per administered vaccine bulk lot is shown on day 0. Paralysis rate for shed virus samples is indicated versus day of EES. a mOPV2, b nOPV2-c1 c nOPV2-c2.
