BALB/c mice were administered with 100 μg of FNR675-conjugated FlaB or dFlaB. Six hours after the administration, the cLNs, iLNs, and pLNs were isolated to determine the biodistribution of the FlaB or dFlaB by measuring fluorescence intensity as described in Materials and methods.
