From: Neoantigen cancer vaccine augments anti-CTLA-4 efficacy
C57Bl/6 mice were vaccinated at day 0, 14 and 28, while neoantigen-specific immune responses were analyzed on day 35 on splenocytes by IFNγ ELISpot stimulated with individual peptides. ConA served as a positive control. Neoantigen-specific measurements are reported corresponding to the neoantigens listed in Table 1. Each symbol represents an individual sample (n = 3).
