Porcine peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) isolated from the whole blood of vaccinated pigs (n = 5/group) as described in Fig. 4a were used for qRT-PCR assays. Gene expression levels were normalized to HPRT levels and are presented as a relative ratio compared to control levels.
