Twenty-eight days after the second dose, serum samples were taken and subjected to the (A) live-SARS-CoV-2 and (B) pseudovirus neutralization assays. The ancestral Wuhan (WT) strain was used in both the live virus and pseudovirus assay, while Omicron BA.4/BA.5 was only used in the pseudovirus assay. The results are expressed as symbols representing GMT, and error bars represent 95% confidence intervals. The dotted line in (B) represents the limit of detection of pseudovirus neutralization assay (20). Statistical significance was calculated using the Mann–Whitney U test.
