Mice received a boost immunization (I.M.) with 1.5 μg of HA content of monovalent mosaic VLP vaccine or 1.5 μg of HA contents of quadrivalent inactivated influenza vaccine (QIV). Animals in the negative control group received PBS. Five weeks after vaccination, mice were intranasally (I.N.) infected with influenza virus containing 10MLD50.
