Data points represent the average titers and error bars represent the standard deviation of three biological replicates prepared from Vero cells infected with WNV NY99ic or each mutant at MOI of 0.1. Infectivity at each passage was compared by two-way ANOVA and Dunnett’s pairwise comparison.
