HEK293 cells were transfected with the four different Pvs25 nucleoside-modified mRNA–LNPs or control poly(C) RNA–LNP, and protein production from each construct was examined in cell lysates by Western blotting using Pvs25-specific antibodies. Five nanograms of Pvs25 recombinant protein were used as a positive control. A β-actin-specific antibody was used as a loading control antibody. Two independent experiments were performed. All blots of gels derived from the same experiment and were processed in parallel.
