Temperature changes over time for each group as determined by implanted data loggers (C) with smoothed lines for easier visualization (D). Note the carat ‘A’ on X-axis represents the timing of the prime vaccination for both cohorts while ‘B’ and ‘C’ represent boost vaccinations for cohort 1 and 2, respectively. Time ‘0’ on X-axis and intersection with Y-axis represent the time of challenge.
