PBMCs, pre-vaccination at week 0 (A) and after the 4th vaccination at week 40 (B), were stimulated with individual subpools covering the PTE peptides, as well as Mos1 and Mos2 peptides matched to the vaccine antigens using a developed assay. The number of positive subpools per participant for any peptide set is counted to determine the subpool breadth. A ‘0’ signifies non-reactivity, NM is mentioned when responses were not measured. The horizontal black dashed line represents the median number of total (Gag/Pol and Env) positive subpools.
