PfTrx: Thioredoxin protein derived from the hyper-thermophilic archaeon Pyrococcus furiosus24. OVX313: recombinant version of the avian C4-binding protein heptamerization domain (OligoDOM technology, OSIVAX33). L2 8mer: polytope comprising the L2(20-38) epitopes from eight different HPV types (16-18-31-33-35-6-51-59), selected on the basis of sequence homology to the major cross-neutralization HPV16 L2(20-38) epitope. HPV16 flankE7(49-57): extended E7(49-57) epitope, flanked on both sides by the five amino acids that are located upstream (QAEPD) and downstream (CCKCD) to the sequence of the E7(49-57) epitope (RAHYNIVTF67) in E7.
