Total IgG titres (log 10) specific to the hapten at day 41, following primary immunisation and three boosts, as determined by ELISA. Mice (n = 5 per group) were immunised with the vaccine candidates (Table S1), the negative control (PBS) and positive control (PADRE-hapten [HAP] + CFA). Each point represents an individual mouse with bars representing the average antigen-specific serum IgG antibody titres. Statistical analysis was performed using a one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey post-hoc test (****, p < 0.0001).
