Only phyla and families with significant regression correlation (P < 0.05, Pearson’s correlation) are shown; see Supplementary Figs 610 for full data set at all taxonomic ranks. Taxa are ordered with the greatest negative slope correlation in top left with subsequent increase. n = 3 for each UV-irradiated sample, n = 5 for the non-irradiated samples.
