Results for (a) loop 1, (b) loop 2, (c) loop 3, (d) and the average density of the beginning, middle, and endpoint of every loop. Samples were measured online twice a day (AM and PM) during 7 days. Day 0 corresponds to the measurements after the cleaning of the pilot, after introducing the water in the loops. Loop 1 = red; loop 2 = green; loop 3 = blue.
