Samples were measured twice (AM and PM) during 7 days. To calculate the cytometric fingerprint, for each loop the samples taken at the beginning, middle, and end of the loop were pooled. Day 0 corresponds to the measurements after the cleaning of the pilot, after introducing the water in the loops.
