  1. The listed parameters include the angular length, velocity gradient (Vgrad), FWHM angular width (Δr), FWHM velocity width (ΔV), and the averaged peak brightness temperature (Tave) of the typical filaments (Extended Data Fig. 6). Adopting a distance of 15 kpc, the conversion factor between the linear scale (pc) and angular scale (arcmin) is 4.36 pc arcmin-1.
