Simple linear regression and correlation analyses between tumour volume and (a) %CD45+ leukocytes, (b) %CD3+ T cells, (c) %CD3 NK1.1+ NK cells, (d) %CD3+ CD8 + T cells or (e) %Ly6Chi Ly6G M-MDSCs within live cells were performed using flow cytometric data presented in Fig. 5. Each dot represents a mouse. Pearson correlation coefficient and two-tailed P values are shown.
