In the version of this article initially published, a sentence in the abstract contained an inaccuracy that was inconsistent with the descriptions in the main text as well as the key findings and conclusions of this study. The sentence now reading “Starting from a single umbilical cord blood CD34+ HSPC, our reliable method efficiently produces 14–83 million mature iNK cells or 7–32 million CAR-iNK cells with high expression levels of CD16 and zero T-cell contamination” has replaced the previous sentence “Starting from a single umbilical cord blood unit of CD34+ HSPCs, our method produces 14–83 million mature iNK cells or 7–32 million CAR-iNK cells with high expression levels of CD16 and CAR and undetectable T-cell contamination” in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
