(a) To track CAR T cell distribution in vivo, NXG mice were inoculated s. c. with 106 BxPC3 tumor cells and treated with 107 anti-HER2 CAR T cells w/o EP2−/− and/or EP4−/−. Anti-HER2 CAR T cells were additionally transduced with a teLuc reporter system to allow T cell tracking in vivo. Mice were imaged 2 x / week by injecting DTZ i. v. before standard IVIS imaging techniques were applied.
