Kinetic traces for the MQ•+ formation (at 550 nm) recorded in the presence of the lowest MQ+ concentration of 1 mM in water/acetonitrile solution buffered at pH = 6.7 (50 mM phosphate buffer), at 25 °C, and a pressure range from 5 to 60 MPa. The fit of the kinetic data to a single exponential function (y = A*exp{-(x-x0)/t}+y0) results in the values of kobs-ET at each pressure.
