a-c,15N-1H heteronuclear quantum coherence (HSQC) spectroscopy at pH 7.5, 6.5, and 3.5. 15N-1H HSQC of ZF5.3 (800 µM) was acquired in a 20 mM citrate–phosphate buffer containing 10% D2O, 100 mM NaCl, 2 mM TCEP and 1.6 mM ZnCl2 at pH 7.5, 6.5, and 3.5.
