The sequence that are in grey italics were found in the controls so need to be disregarded as their integrity is questionable (reason explained). *Bacteria matching this peptide chain are Jeotgalicoccus coquinae. Jeotgalicoccus aerolatus and Phocicoccus schoeneichii.
