48 h after lentiviral transduction of shRNA expression constructs, cells were infected with DV for 48 h. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and viewed by immunofluorescence microscopy using LipidTOX or antibodies directed against capsid, Env, NS4B, NS3, Climp63 or RTN3.
