The mean for each group is indicated with a solid horizontal line. **** p-value <0.0001. p-values were calculated with the student t-test (two-sided, equal variance). Cell length distribution is based on at least 80 cells from each culture. For all microscopy imaging experiments, n = 3 biological replicates.
