The black solid line represents the fitted curve obtained using the LOESS (locally estimated scatterplot smoothing) curve fitting polynomial regression. Gray band areas represent 95% confidence intervals. Specimens with OD values ≥ 2.5 were assigned a value of 2.5 for anti-RBD IgA, and OD values ≥ 1.5 were assigned a value of 1.5 for anti-RBD IgM. MN titers ≥ 320 were assigned a value of 320. Dotted lines indicate the limit of detection.
