A single structure was obtained from each of the nine sequence-related subclusters with five or more members. The site-level purifying and diversifying selection detected on each sequence-related subcluster was mapped to the structures (Supplementary Figure 13). The pose of Pgt_Ug99_A1_8112 remains consistent in all panels.
