a and b, The structural alignment of the representative predicted structures of Tin2-like effectors in cluster 96. A single structure was obtained from each of the four sequence-related subclusters with five or more members. The site-level purifying and diversifying selection detected on each sequence-related subcluster was mapped to the structures (Supplementary Figure 14).
