From: Reconstruction of the personal information from human genome reads in gut metagenome sequencing data
Schematic overview of the study. We extracted the human reads from the gut metagenome data and then performed the following four analyses using the extracted human reads: (1) prediction of genetic sex, (2) re-identification from the genotype dataset, (3) prediction of ancestry and (4) reconstruction of the genotypes.
